Practice Nurse, Midwife

I grew up in the Southwest and completed my registered nursing in 2006. I worked in a variety of settings including – general wards, day surgery and the post anaesthetic care unit. I always had a desire to become a midwife and in 2018 I completed a post graduate degree in Midwifery. 

A highlight of my career was volunteering as a midwife in Tanzania in 2019, this was an extremely rewarding experience. I am very passionate about women’s health, midwifery and paediatric care. I feel very fortunate to be able to educate and care for women during such a significant time of their lives.

Outside of work I am spending time with my husband and two beautiful children, exploring the Southwest, Perth trips and attending sporting events.
