I was born and raised in Hong Kong and have attained my first degree from Tsinghua University in Beijing.  Later, I decided to move to Perth to pursue a Doctor of Medicine with the University of Western Australia.  During my residency years after graduation, I worked in various specialties including General medicine, Plastic and reconstructive surgery, Emergency (including Paediatric) medicine, Coronary Care Unit, Rehabilitation and Aged Care medicine, Older Adult Mental health, etc., across different hospitals such as Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Joondalup Health Campus, Perth Children’s Hospital, Osborne Park Hospital, and Albany Health Campus. I also worked in the community with Pioneer Health Albany and Silver Chain’s Home Hospital service – when I decided to pursue a career in General Practice.  I have special interests in Chronic disease management, Preventative health, Skin cancer medicine, Children’s health and Mental health. I am a native speaker of both Mandarin and Cantonese. When off-work, I love eating and reading – if you are lucky enough, you might bump into me at a random café at the weekend!
